is happy to invite you to a webinar on

Family Work-Life Balance in Times of Demographic Change
a Tool to Support Intergenerational Solidarity

2nd of June 2021
13.00 – 15.00 CEST

All policies have a connection to the family. From social policies to labour market policies, equality policies and even demographic policies. The current demographic unbalance is indeed first a family unbalance. The first solution to demographic challenges is to acknowledge the family as a key institution for a demographic and sustainable development. Starting a family, raising children and cultivating intergenerational relationships are investments whose importance cannot be overlooked. EU-supported measures can create a welcoming environment for national family policies, in particular regarding the work-life balance of parents and the promotion of intergenerational solidarity.
